Three eggs with American cheese and a choice of one of the following meats: bacon, sausage links, sausage patties, ham, bologna, or goetta (+$1.00). Served with home fries or hashbrowns and toast

Veggie Omelet

Three eggs with cheese, tomatoes, onions, and peppers served with home fries or hashbrowns and toast

Pork or Steak fritter breakfast

Country-fried fritter served with two eggs, cooked to order, home fries or hashbrowns, and toast. Add gravy to the fritter for an additional charge

The kitchen sink breakfast

The ultimate scrambler bowl - one biscuit, one egg cooked to order, and a choice of one breakfast meat, all topped with sausage gravy and cheddar cheese

"Meat" your heart out omelet

Three eggs with American cheese, bacon, ham, and sausage links served with home fries or hashbrowns and toast

Hyde-winder bbq bowl

Crispy sidewinder fries topped with pork BBQ, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, BBQ sauce and a scoop of our homemade coleslaw

Steak Hoagie

Steak hoagie topped with grilled onions, mozzarella cheese, pizza or mushroom sauce. Add on sauteed mushrooms, banana peppers, or jalapeno peppers for an additional charge

Toni's Hoagie

Sliced ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a hoagie bun with a side of pickle. Add on banana peppers or jalapeños for an additional charge

Steakburger

1/4 lb. steakburger with cheese on a brioche bun, ran through the garden with a side of mayonnaise. Make it a double for an additional charge

Double decker steakburger

Two 1/4 lb. steakburgers with shredded lettuce and tartar sauce only, served with a side of pickles.

BBQ Pork Sandwiches

Pulled pork BBQ on a brioche bun served with a side of pickles

BLT

Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich served on texas toast with mayonnaise and a side of pickles. Make it a GLT with goetta for an additional cost or make it a Double!

A family tradition since 1946, Hyde’s is a destination! The food is scratch-made and amazing, but you HAVE to save room for dessert. The house-made pies are worth the calories!
